泸州地区下颌第一前磨牙根管系统锥形束CT研究

摘要

目的：：应用锥形束CT探讨泸州地区下颌第一前磨牙牙根及根管形态。方法：选取872例下颌第一前磨牙锥形束CT( Cone beam CT,CBCT)影像,分析其根管数目及对称性。结果：下颌第一前磨牙参照Vertucci分类法,发生率分别为：Ⅰ型85．67%；Ⅲ型3．10%；Ⅳ型0．03%；Ⅴ型8．00%；C形2.87%。其中367例下颌第一前磨牙I型根管对称；10例Ⅲ型根管对称；1例Ⅳ型根管对称；25例Ⅴ型根管对称；7例C形根管对称。结论：下颌第一前磨牙根管系统复杂,CBCT为其根管治疗提供重要依据。%Objective:Using cone beam CT to investigate the root-canals of the mandibular first premolars and their morpholog-ical characteristics in Luzhou areas. Methods:Cone beam CT images of 872 cases mandibular first premolars were collected and num-bered. The root-canal classification and bilateral symmetry were analyzed. Results:According to Vertucci classification,the incidence of type I canal configuration of mandibular first premolars was 85. 67%,type Ⅲ3. 10%,type Ⅳ0. 03%,type Ⅴ8. 00% and C-shaped 2. 87%. 367 cases of type I,10 cases of typeⅢ,one case of typeⅣ,25 cases of typeⅤ and 25 of C-shaped canal had bilateral sym-metry. Conclusion:The morphological characteristics of the mandibular first premolars is complex,CBCT can provide a basis for the root canal therapy.
