马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者的血压及血清Hcy水平的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of Enalapril Maleate-Folate Tablets on blood pressure and serum Hcy level in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods:A total of 1 17 patients with H-type hypertension were randomly divided into group A,B and C,39 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with compound preparation (Enalapril Maleate-Folate Tablets,10 mg /0.8 mg /d),group B treated with 10 mg /d Enalapril Maleate Tablets plus 0.8 mg /d Folic Acid Tablets,and group C treated with 10 mg /d Enalapril Maleate Tablets.Three groups were continuously treated for 12 monthly.The changes of blood pressure and Hcy level of patients were recorded before treatment and after treatment 3,6,9,12 months.Results:Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure de-creased more significantly after treatment 3,6,9,12 months,but with no statistical significance among groups (P >0.05).Hcy level of group A and B declined obviously than that of before treatment (P <0.01 )and was lower than that of group C (P <0.01 )after treat-ment 6,9,12 months.Hcy level of group A was lower than that of group B after treatment 12 months (P <0.05).There was statistical difference in the occurrence of stroke between group A and C(P <0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril Maleate-Folate Tablets can effectively control the blood pressure,decrease the Hcy level and reduce the occurrence of stroke of patients with H-type hypertension.%目的：探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片对 H 型高血压患者血压及血清 Hcy 水平的影响。方法：117例 H 型高血压患者随机分为 A、B、C 3组，每组39例。A 组给予复方制剂马来酸依那普利叶酸片10 mg ／0．8 mg ／d；B 组给予马来酸依那普利片10 mg ／d ＋叶酸片0．8 mg ／d；C 组仅给予马来酸依那普利片10 mg ／d。3组均连续服用12个月。观察治疗前及治疗后第3、6、9、12个月3组患者血压及同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的变化。结果：治疗后第3、6、9、12个月，3组收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前显著降低（P ＜0．01），但3组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。治疗后第6、9、12个月，A、B 两组 Hcy 水平较治疗前明显降低（P ＜0．01），且显著低于 C 组（P ＜0．01）；治疗后第12个月，A 组 Hcy 水平低于 B 组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。A、C 组脑卒中发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：马来酸依那普利叶酸片能有效控制 H 型高血压患者的血压，降低 Hcy 水平，降低此类患者脑卒中的发生率。
