目的:探究无缝隙护理管理在连续性血液净化患者中的实践与效果.方法:选取2014年12月至2015年12月于我院行连续性血液净化的128例患者作为本次试验的对象,将患者随机均分为观察组与参照组,观察组患者接受无缝隙护理,参照组患者接受常规护理.比较两组的护理质量、患者满意度以及血液净化相关不良事件的发生情况.结果:观察组的常规护理、病区管理、病历书写、健康教育及护理模式五项指标评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组总体满意度87.5%明显高于参照组73.4%,差异有统计学意义;观察组不良事件发生率15.6%明显低于参照组43.8%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:无缝隙护理管理应用于连续性血液净化患者能够有效提高护理质量,降低血液净化相关不良事件的发生率,改善患者舒适度,值得在临床推广.%Objective:To explore the practice and effect of seamless nursing management in patients with continuous blood purification.Methods:128 cases of patients with continuous blood purification in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 as the test object,the patients were randomly and evenly divided as the observation group and reference group.Patients in the observation group received seamless nursing and reference group patients received routine nursing.The quality of care,patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events related to blood purification were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group of routine nursing,ward management,medical records,health education and nursing mode of five index score were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant.The observation group overall satisfaction 87.5% was significantly higher than 73.4% in the reference group 73.4%,the difference was statistically significant.The observation group adverse events occurrence rate 15.6% was significantly lower than 43.8% of the reference group,the difference was highly statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Seamless nursing management applied to continuous blood purification patients can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse events related to the blood purification,and improve the comfort degree of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
