目的：观察滋阴清热补肺益肾法联合红霉素和布地奈德对哮喘患儿血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平的影响和临床疗效。方法：将65例儿童支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组，治疗组予滋阴清热补肺益肾法联合红霉素和布地奈德治疗；对照组予红霉素和布地奈德治疗，7天为1疗程。观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后外周血IFN-γ、IL-4水平。结果：治疗组总有效率93.93%，明显高于对照组（75.00%），两组比较，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；治疗组及对照组治疗后IFN-γ和IL-4因子较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后IFN-γ和IL-4与对照组治疗后比较，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：滋阴清热补肺益肾法联合红霉素和布地奈德疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To study the Change of Levels of IL-4 and IFN-γin Asthmatic Children with Ziyin Qingre Bufei Yishen therapy in TCM Combining erythromycin and Budesonide..Methods: 65 patients with Children bronchial asthma in our department were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the group A were treated with erythromycin and Budesonide,the group B were treated with Ziyin Qingre Bufei Yishen therapy in TCM Combining erythromycin and Budesonide. Course of treatment is 7 days. The clinical effect,the IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were compared. Results: The excellent rate of the group B was 93.93%,which was significantly higher than the group A 75.00%(P<0.05);the levels of lFN-γor IL-4 level in group A and B was significantly different before and after treatment,which was also significantly between the two groups after the treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Nourishing yin and clearingheat method is a safe and efficient treatment method of Ziyin Qingre Bufei Yishen therapy in TCM Combining erythromycin and Budesonide,it is worthy of clinical implication.
