介入栓塞在椎体肿瘤手术中的可行性及安全性探讨（附两例报告）

摘要

目的：探讨介入栓塞在椎体肿瘤手术中的可行性及安全性。方法：术前MRI提示有椎体肿瘤及相关临床症状的患者，于手术前先行“肿瘤血供栓塞术”，而后进行椎体肿瘤切除术。结果：患者术中出血量及需补充异体血明显减少，生命征更稳定，术野更清楚，手术时间也明显缩短。结论：介入栓塞在椎体肿瘤手术中是可行、安全的。%Objective:Discuss interventional embolism in the feasibility and safety of vertebral tumors.Methods:Preoperative MRI prompted patients with vertebral tumor and the relevant clinical symptoms, do blood supply of tumor embolization before the surgery, and then to vertebral tumor resection. Results:Patients’intraoperative blood lossing and allogeneic blood supply had decreased, vital sign was more stable and more clear operation field, time of operation was short obviously. Conclusion:Interventional embolism in vertebral tumors surgery is feasible and safe.
