菊三七属中具有降糖作用的植物及其机制的研究进展△

摘要

菊科菊三七属植物在我国分布10余种，目前发现其中多种植物在动物实验中具有明显的降糖作用，国内外学者对其降糖机制进行了研究。本文从菊三七属植物提取物保护修复胰岛β细胞和刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、提高肌肉葡萄糖吸收等降糖机制进行综述，为进一步研究菊三七属植物及其降糖机制提供参考。%There are more than ten species of Gynura Cass. distribute in several provinces in China. It is proved that compounds and extracts from a few species have obvious hypoglycemic effection on experimental diabetic animals. Hypoglycemic mechanisms of Gynura Cass. are involved in hypoglycemic effect by protecting Islet β-cells, stimulating insulin secretion, inhibiting α-glucosidase activity, promoting glucose uptake by muscles. The research advances in the mechanisms above will be reviewed.
