临床廉价药品短缺的原因、影响及应对措施

Objective: To arouse the attention from the administrative department of health and medicines regulatory authorities importance of clinical cheap drugs shortage. Provide recommendations to resolve the shortage of clinical cheap drugs.Methods:Analyze the reasons of the shortage of clinical cheap drugs from different perspectives and the adverse effects on the patient and the hospital due to the shortage of cheap drugs.Results: Shortage of cheap drugs lies in that china's pharmaceutical management system is not perfect and reasonable profits of medical companies can not be guaranteed. What’s more, medical institutions support doctors with high price of medicines and some doctors and patients have improper medication habits, etc.Conclusions: Government should improve drug management system, phase out the drugs to support medical, increase financial investment in medical institutions. On the other hand, pharmaceutical companies undertake more social responsibility and doctors and patients change their wrong medication habits. If so, shortage of cheap drugs will be controlled.%　　目的：引起卫生行政部门和药品监管部门对临床廉价药品短缺问题的重视，并为解决临床廉价药品短缺提供建议。方法：从多方面分析廉价药品短缺的原因及短缺给患者和医院造成的不良影响。结果：廉价药品短缺在于目前我国药品管理体制及制度还不完善，企业合理利润未得到保障，医疗机构以药养医，部分医生及患者存在错误用药习惯等。结论：政府应尽快完善药品相关管理制度，逐步取消以药养医，加大对医疗机构的财政投入，药企更多地承担社会责任，医生病人转变错误用药习惯，廉价药品短缺的现象才会得到控制。
