八味润肠丸的研制与临床疗效观察

Objective:Development of eight kinds of Runchang pill for the treatment of constipation, and observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:The pills by crushing, honey, pill and preparation process. The eight tasteRunchang pill into clinical use, and to observe the Phenolphthalein Tablets contrast. Select 120 patients taking antipsychotics cause constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, each of 60 cases. The patients in the treatment group using the eight flavor Runchang pill, the control group of patientstaking Phenolphthalein Tablets. Compared before and after administration of patients with constipation improvement.Results: The total clinical effective rate of control group was 56.7%, 91.7% in treatment group; and less adverse reaction. The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of eight kinds of Runchang pill, and controllable quality,less side effects, is worthy of clinical use.%目的：研制八味润肠丸，用于治疗便秘并观察临床疗效。方法：采用粉碎、蜜炼、制丸等制剂工艺制成丸剂。将八味润肠丸投入临床使用，与酚酞片对比观察。选择120例服用抗精神失常药物引起便秘的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组，各60例。其中治疗组患者使用八味润肠丸，对照组患者服用酚酞片。对比服用前后患者便秘改善情况。结果：临床总有效率对照组为56.7%，治疗组为91.7%；不良反应较少。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：八味润肠丸质量可控，疗效较好，且副作用少，值得临床推广。
