紫外-可见分光光度法测定桂蒲肾清片中胆酸的含量

摘要

目的：建立桂蒲肾清片中胆酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，以60%冰醋酸溶液为溶剂，对样品的提取检测波长为605nm。结果：桂蒲肾清片中胆酸的含量限度为不低于2.0mg/片，胆酸在6.93～41.60μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.9996（n=6）；平均回收率99.78%（RSD=0.32%，n=9）。结论：该方法简便、快速、稳定可靠，可作为桂蒲肾清片的含量测定方法。%Objective:A method of determination of cholic acid in Guipu Shenqing Tablet. Method Cholic acid was determined by uv-vis spectrophotometry and using 60%Acetic Acid solution. The detection wavelength was 605nm.Result:The average levels of Cholic acid in Guipu Shenqing Tablet is 2.0mg one tablet. For the Cholic acid ,the linear ranged over 6.93μg~41.60μg mg/ml with r=0.9999 (n=6).The average recovery (n=9) was 99.78%(RSD=0.32%).Conclusion: the method were proved to simple ,precise sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Guipu Shenqing Tablet.
