薄荷桉油片（I）中薄荷脑薄层色谱鉴别方法的改进

摘要

Objective:To improve the peppermint eucalyptus oil tablets (I) menthol identification methods; petroleum ether (60 to 90℃)extracted from the sample menthol, toluene-ethyl acetate (19∶1)as eluent;results described abovethe method of separation is better;Conclusion The method is reproducible and applicable to menthol TLC identification of peppermint eucalyptus oil tablets(I).%目的：改进薄荷桉油片（I）中薄荷脑鉴别方法。方法：采用石油醚（60～90℃）提取样品中薄荷脑，以甲苯-醋酸乙酯（19∶1）为展开剂。结果：按上述方法分离效果较好。结论：该方法重现性好，适用于薄荷桉油片（I）中薄荷脑的薄层色谱鉴别。
