产后子宫按摩对预防产后出血的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨产后子宫按摩对预防产后出血的影响效果。方法：选取2013年2～10月顺产的产妇400例，随机分为两组其中，对照组200例，观察组200例，对照组产妇胎儿娩出后常规注射催产素，观察组产妇在对照组基础上加行子宫按摩。对两组产妇产后出血情况进行统计和观察。结果：观察组产后出血率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对顺产产妇实施子宫按摩能有效预防产后出血。%Objective:To investigate the massage effect on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage postpartum uterus.
