具有7-氮杂吲哚结构的化合物活性研究进展

摘要

Compounds with 7-aza-indole fragment are widely used in pharmacy and functional materials.Many of these compounds inhibit protease activity,otherwise they have shown good biological activity and medicinal value in aspects of anti-dopamine, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-tumor. This review focus on the biological activity of compounds with 7-aza-indole fragment.%含有7-氮杂吲哚结构的化合物在药学、功能材料等方面具有广泛的应用，该类化合物很多都具有抑制蛋白酶的活性，它们在抗多巴胺、抗组胺、抗炎、抗菌和抗肿瘤等方面都表现出良好的生物活性及药用价值。本文简要介绍具有7-氮杂吲哚结构化合物的生物活性。
