Objective: to summarize the thrombus suction catheter in the application of interventional therapy on acute myocardial infarction in aged patients. Methods: this study data selection in February 2013 ~ February 2014 in our hospital during the period of accept the diagnosis and treatment of 92 cases of senile acute myocardial infarction patients, by the method of random Numbers to be divided into two groups, group and control group, number of patients in each group was 46. Patients in the control group received conventional intervention treatment, and patients with team on this basis the joint thrombus suction catheter for the corresponding treatment, and the contrast and analysis the clinical data of two groups of patients and therapeutic effect. Results: the results showed that the treatment group patients after efficient 97.83%to 84.78%, significantly better than that of control group efficient team treatment effect is very good, compare the difference is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: patients with acute myocardial infarction, thrombus suction catheter and JieRuFa adopted to carry out the feasibility of the treatment, safety is higher, can use all the coronary artery thrombosis of the effective clearance, the patient of myocardial tissue perfusion improved, thus make the heart function of patients after surgery, a large number of promotion can be applied in the process of clinical treatment.%目的：探讨血栓抽吸导管在高龄急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用效果。方法：本次研究资料选取2013年2月～2014年2月在我院接受诊治的92例高龄急性心肌梗死患者，以随机数字表法将其划分成研究组、对照组，每组46例。对照组接受常规介入治疗，研究组在此基础上联合血栓抽吸导管进行治疗，对比及分析两组临床资料及治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗后有效率97.83%，显著优于对照组的84.78%，表明研究组的治疗效果非常好，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：对急性心肌梗死而言，采用血栓抽吸导管及介入法进行治疗的可行性、安全性比较高，可以将冠状动脉中的血栓全部有效清除，使心肌组织的灌注得到改善，进而使心功能得到提升。
