某院2015年中成药注射剂使用情况分析

摘要

Objective: Analysis of a hospital in 2015 the use of Chinese medicine injections and evaluate whether it is reasonable. Methods: By utilizing the method of retrospective survey, the year of proprietary Chinese medicine injection used varieties, amount, frequency, and the sum of money, statistics ,and for each product gauge randomly selected 20 cases using rationality evaluation in 2015 of a hospital .Results: Chinese medicine injections have 10 varieties in a hospital, 200 randomly selected medical records reviews, rational drug use ratio is 87%.Mainly for the unreasonable type: None indications, improper solvent, drug contraindications and repeated drug use. Conclusion: Chinese medicine injection is widely used clinically in a hospital, But there are still 13% of the unreasonable usage, clinical application should pay attention to medication safety, rational use of drugs and drug economy. This helps to standard the clinical application of Chinese medicine injections.%目的：分析某院2015年中成药注射剂的使用情况并评价合理性。方法：运用回顾性调查方法对某院2015年使用的中成药注射剂的品种、用药金额、用药频度、日用药金额进行统计分析，并对每个品规随机抽取20份病历进行使用合理性评价。结果：某院中成药注射剂共10个品规，随机抽取200份病历点评，药物使用合理率87%。不合理类型主要集中在无使用适应证、溶媒不当、用药禁忌以及重复用药。结论：中成药注射剂在某院临床应用广泛，但仍存在13%的不合理使用率，因此实际应用中应重视安全、合理和经济用药，以规范中成药注射剂临床使用。
