2015年我院常用中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘要

目的：回顾分析本院2015年常用中药注射剂使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用医院信息管理系统统计本院中药注射剂的使用量、使用金额，并计算用药频度(DDDs)、总结不良反应。结果2015年本院中药注射剂4大类32个品种，其中16种活血化瘀类销售金额为1673.58万元，在所有注射剂中最多，占中药注射剂销售总额的86.55%。结论本院中药注射剂使用基本合理，但需要加强用药管理和安全性监测。%ObjectiveTo retrospectively analyze 2015 common traditional Chinese medicine injection application in our hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.MethodsSummary was made on dosage and cost of traditional Chinese medicine injection by hospital information management system, along with calculation of defined daily doses (DDDs) and summarization of adverse reactions.ResultsAmong 32 types in 4 major classes of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital in 2015, sale cost of 16 promoting circulation and removing stasis drugs was 16.7358 million, which accounted for the highest proportion as 86.55% of total sale cost.ConclusionApplication of traditional Chinese medicine injection is basically rational in our hospital, while drug application management and safety monitoring still require enhancement.
