基于“赢者通吃”理论的平台竞争策略研究

             

摘要

互联网的发展为平台的出现和发展带来了机遇,也促进了平台市场的竞争。网络效应是平台的本质,突破用户规模临界点的平台将实现“赢者通吃”。在用户规模临界点不确定的情况下,平台竞争就是持续增加用户的过程,同时要保持平台已有用户,防止用户流失。平台竞争策略分为吸引用户的策略和维持用户的策略两大类,在两类策略共同作用下,平台才能保持用户的持续增长,实现“赢者通吃”。%The development of the Internet has brought opportunities for the emergence and development of platform, and promo-ted competition in the platform market. The essence of platform is network effect, and the platform whose user scale has reached the tipping point will achieve Winner-Take-All. When the point is unknown, platform competition should continually attract more users, maintain the existing users, and prevent the loss. The platform competition strategy will be divided into two parts:the strategy of attrac-ting the users and the strategy of keeping users. Under the effect of two strategies, the platform can keep increasing the users, and a-chieve the winner-take-all finally.
