基于企业实际运营状况的用友 ERP 沙盘改进策略

Some rational proposals for existing UFIDA ERP sand table by hand were put forward based on the practical operation of manufacturing enterprises and observation of students learning ,and the ERP sand table was optimized .Eventually ERP sand table simulation is closer to reality ,and it is more useful for enterprise decision‐making .%本文基于当今社会制造企业的现实生产运营以及学生平时学习观察，对现有的用友ERP手工沙盘提出部分合理化建议，并对其进行了优化修改。最终使得沙盘模拟更加贴近现实，企业决策借鉴性更强。
