碱土金属蒸气压与温度关系的理论研究

         

摘要

多元素复合合金是种高效的脱氧脱硫剂,能够更好去除钢中O、S、P和夹杂等。其中碱土金属是复合合金的重要组成部分,因此研究有关碱土金属的性质应用成为一个重要的课题。对碱土金属蒸气压与温度关系进行了研究,根据碱土金属的脱氧、脱硫、脱磷的性质,以及蒸气压与温度关系式,分析其压强随温度的变化规律,研究结果表明碱土金属的同种物质由固态变为液态的过程中,其蒸气压急剧下降;碱土金属处于同一种物质形态时,其蒸气压是随着温度的升高而逐渐减小的。%Multi-element composite alloy is a kid of Efficient Deoxy desulfurizer ,it can be Better to remove the O ,S, P in steel and mixed and so on .Among them alkaline earth metal is an important part of the composite alloy ,so it is to become an important issue To study the alkaline earth metal properties applied .This paper focuses on the rela-tionship between vapor pressure and temperature of the alkaline earth metal ,According to the nature of the alkaline earth metal deoxidation ,desulfurization and dephosphorization ,And vapor pressure and temperature relationship ,A-nalysis of the variation of pressure with temperature ,The results showed that the alkaline earth metal species from a solid into a liquid process ,The vapor pressure of a sharp decline in;When alkaline earth metal in the same kind of material form,its vapor pressure is gradually reduced as the temperature rises .
