轧机主传动系统微变量控制回路耦合振动机理

         

摘要

目前,矢量控制系统已广泛应用到轧机主传动系统中。针对以往对轧机主传动系统振动特性的研究往往忽略控制回路中的微变量影响这一问题,考虑矢量控制系统中电流调节器参数和转速调节器参数等微变量,并结合电气系统和机械系统,建立了矢量控制的轧机主传动系统的耦合振动模型。利用Matlab/Simulink研究了电流调节器参数和转速调节器参数等微变量对轧机主传动系统振动特性的影响。研究结果为进一步分析、诊断和控制轧机主传动系统的振动现象奠定了理论基础。%At present,vector control system has been widely applied in the main drive system of rolling mill.Aim at this question that the previous researches of vibration characteristics for the main drive system of rolling mill ignore to consider the effects of micro variables in the control loop,a coupling model about vibration for the main drive system of rolling mill based on vector control is established which considers the parameters of the current regulator and speed regulator in the vector control system that combines the mechanical system and the electrical system.Study on the effects about the parameters of the current regu-lator and speed regulator for the vibration characteristics in the main drive system of rolling mill by mat-lab/simulink,the research conclusion establishes further theoretical basis to analyze,diagnose and control vibration phenomenon in the main drive system of rolling mill.
