碘伏与84消毒液对早产儿暖箱消毒效果的比较

摘要

Objective Comparison of two different disinfectant on the surface of a preterm infant incubator and the influence of the air colony count .Methods Under the same environment ,Incubator were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,The experimental group:250mg/L iodine volts detergent wipe the surface of the casing ,Operation window ,shuikou storage;Control group:250mg/L "250"chlorine disinfectant ,With the experimental group .Compare two groups disin‐fectant effect .Results Two kinds of disinfectant effect comparison before and after disinfection( P <0 0.5);Two kinds of disinfectant after disinfection effect comparison( P <0 0.5) .Conclusion 250mg/L iodine v solution used for disinfection of w arm box ,sterilization effect is good .%①目的比较碘伏与84消毒液对早产儿暖箱箱体内壁、贮水口、操作窗、箱体内空气的消毒效果。②方法在病室环境相同条件下进行，随机将暖箱分为观察组和对照组。观察组用250mg／L碘伏消毒液箱体表面、操作窗和贮水口；对照组用84消毒液，消毒相同的部位，室内空气消毒两组方法相同。每次消毒先后对物体表面和空气采样，进行细菌培养。比较两组消毒剂消毒效果。③结果碘伏消毒液消毒后细菌总数两组比较差异有显著性（P＜00．5）；暖箱内空气消毒后细菌总数两组比较差异有显著性（P＜00．5）。④结论250mg／L碘伏溶液用于暖箱消毒，消毒效果优于84消毒液。
