枕大神经松解术治疗枕部偏头痛的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe efficacy of occipital migraine with greater occipital nerve de-compression,as well as the safety and adverse reactions of the procedure in clinical practice.Methods A total of 63 patients with occipital migraine were chosed and accepted greater occipital nerve decom-pression,to evaluated the surgical curative effect using visual analogue scale and headache impact-6.Re-sults 86% of patients pain degree reduced by more than 50%.The first months and sixth months after operation were significantly improved compared with before operation.Conclusion The operation time of greater occipital nerve decompression is short.It has less adverse reaction and high efficiency.It greatly reduce the patients'degree of headache,and improve the patients quality of life.%①目的观察枕大神经松解术治疗枕部偏头痛的切实疗效，以及此手术临床实施的安全性和不良反应等。②方法选择诊断明确的枕部偏头痛患者63例，行枕大神经松解术。采用视觉模拟评分法及头痛影响测定-6（HIT-6）对手术疗效进行评价。③结果86％的患者疼痛程度减少50％以上，术后第1个月及第6个月患者日常生活受头痛的影响程度明显减轻。④结论枕大神经松解术手术时间短、不良反应少、有效率高，减轻了患者的头痛程度、改善了患者的生活质量。
