Lisfranc 关节陈旧性损伤的形成原因及预防措施

摘要

Objective To analyse the causes of old Lisfranc joint injury and to propose appropriate preventive measures .Methods 66 caases old Lisfranc joint injury patients were randomly selected from January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital and a retrospective study were used to analyse the cau‐ses .Results T here are 59 cases of early old injury (89 3.9% ) ,7 cases of late old injury (10 6.1% ) ,Con‐stituent ratio of the causes show s that there are 5 cases of delayed treatment (7 5.7% ) ,7 missed cases (10 6.1% ) ,4 misdiagnosis cases(6 0.6% ) ,9 cases of early improper handling(13 6.4% ) ,41 cases of dis‐ease factors(62 1.2% ) ,is the most important factor leading to old Lisfranc joint injuries .Conclusion A variety of reasons leading to the formation of old Lisfranc injury .Disease causes and arly mishandling has the greatest impact on early and late old injuries respectively .Appropriate preventive measures should be taken to control its occurrence .%①目的分析Lisfranc关节陈旧性损伤的形成原因并提出相应预防措施。②方法随机抽取2010年1月～2014年12月我院收治的66例Lisfranc关节陈旧性损伤患者的病历资料，对其形成原因进行回顾性分析。③结果早期陈旧性损伤59例（893．9％），晚期陈旧性损伤7例（106．1％）；形成原因为延迟就诊5例（75．7％）、漏诊7例（106．1％）、误诊4例（60．6％）、早期处理方式不当9例（136．4％）、病情原因41例（621．2％）；病情原因引起的均为早期陈旧性损伤，是导致Lisfranc关节陈旧性损伤的最重要因素。④结论多种原因导致Lisfranc陈旧性损伤的形成，早、晚期分别以病情原因和早期处理不当影响最大，应采取针对性的预防措施控制其发生率。
