浅谈建设方在工程项目招投标和施工阶段对工程造价控制的思考

Reasonable control of project cost , effective control of the investment cost , the limited funds playing a greater efficiency , is the eternal subject of the building party ’ s pursuit.Based on the analysis of the necessi-ty of the project cost control of construction , from the building party's perspective , the cost control is summa-rized from the aspects of the compilation of the bidding documents during the stage of project bidding , the se-lection of contract , negotiation and claims processing in construction stage.%合理控制工程造价，有效控制投资成本，使有限的经费发挥更大的效益，是工程的建设方追求的永恒的课题。本文从分析工程造价控制的必要性入手，以建设方的角度切入，针对项目工程招投标阶段投标文件的编制，合同的选取及施工阶段洽商和索赔的处理等方面对造价的控制进行了概述。
