目的 了解宁夏部分医院洁净手术部洁净技术性能,对其综合性能做出评价.方法 采用仪器检测方法对6所医院的84间洁净手术室及辅助用房的洁净度、微小气候和生物颗粒指标进行了评价.结果 在洁净系统运行至规定时间后的无人情况下,在尘埃粒子数监测中,Ⅰ～Ⅳ级洁净手术室尘埃粒子(≥0.5μm)合格率依次为80.00%、88.89%、100.00%、100.00%,净辅助用房合格率为90.91%;其他监测项目合格率依次为照度97.62%、新风量96.43%、相对湿度91.67%、温度89.35%、静压差84.52%、沉降菌数91.67%、噪声73.81%、风速(换气次数)69.62%.结论 空态或静态条件下,宁夏6所医院洁净手术室主要洁净技术指标合格率波动在80.00%～100.00%.%Objective To explore the clean technique properties of clean operation department in hospitals of Ningxia and to evaluate their comprehensive properties. Methods Instrument examination method was used to examine the comprehensive properties of 84 clean operating rooms in 6 hospitals. Results In monitoring of dust particle counting at grade I to grade IV,the eligible rate were 80% ,88. 9% , 100% , 100% ,90. 9% in clean auxiliary rooms. The eligible rates of other monitoring items were 97. 6%( illumination ), 96.4%( fresh air ), 91. 7%( relative humidity ), 89. 35% ( temperature ), 84. 5% ( pressure difference ), 91. 7% ( settling bacteria ), 73. 8%( noise ) and 69. 1% ( ventilation frequency ). Conclusion under the empty state or static conditions, qualified rates of major fluctuations in clean technology of operating room of 6 hospital in Ningxia were from 80% to 100% .
