研究金毛狗植株的块茎在原生境腐殖土和MS培养基中的繁殖技术．将处理后的金毛狗块茎接入配备好的培养基中，观察其生长状况．结果表明，用MS培养基暂时无法繁殖金毛狗植株，主要原因在于金毛狗的褐变，而原生境腐殖土可以栽培金毛狗植株．%A research was done on the reproduction technology of the plant tubers of Cibotium barometz in the original habitat rotten budding soil and MS corrosion medium. The processed Cibotium barometz in a medium dog access is equipped with good tubers, and their growth has been observed. The results showed that MS culture temporarily unable to reproduce the Cibotium barometz, mainly because the browning of the Cibotium barometz, while the original habitat rotten budding soil is suitable for the cultivation of the Cibotium barometz.
