基于单片机的风扇智能控制器硬件设计

         

摘要

提出一种以单片机AT89C52为核心控制芯片的风扇智能控制器的设计.主要介绍了红外接收电路、过零检测电路和交流电机驱动电路模块的设计.实现了调节风量,定时关机,模拟自然风等功能.系统运行稳定、安全可靠,具有一定的应用推广价值.%This paper puts forward a kind of design of a intelligent fan controller with the AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the core control chip.The control of the fan voltage has been achieved by changing the voltage conducting angle.The zero-crossing detection circuit detects the alternating current zero-crossing time returned to the chip,then by software control thyristor turn-on time,driving circuit used in two trigger drive principle,which completes the infrared remote control and a button control CPU fan,with the adjustment of the air volume in high,low-grade,and timing shutdown,to simulate natural wind and other functions.The system is stable in operation,safe and reliable,and has a certain value of popularization and application.
