城市交通运行状况评价指标体系的建立

摘要

In the recent years, research institutions and scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on the traffic operation evaluation index system. Based on the experience and the existing surveys as well as the data collection level in most cities , the paper proposes the concept of traffic mobility index system and sets up an evaluation index system of urban traffic operation based on the signal intersection delay , intersection saturation and roadway speed. The system has been practiced in Ningbo and proved effective.%近年来，国内外研究机构和学者对交通运行评价开展了大量的研究。本文在参考国内外先进经验的基础上，立足于大多数城市现有数据调查和采集水平，提出交通畅通指数的概念，并建立一种基于交叉口延误、交叉口饱和度、路段车速等交通运行特征指标的城市交通运行状况评价指标体系，并在宁波市进行了应用实践，为城市交通管理者提供一个科学的参考依据，为缓解城市交通拥堵现象起到一定的促进作用。
