论社区发展

摘要

Based on the discussion of the connotation and history of community development, it is argued that the community development is the trend of social development. It is proposed in the paper that the development is centred on people. And the people-centred development is called “continuing development”, thus the community development is both the method and the aim of the continuing development.%文章在阐述社区发展的内涵及历史、社区发展是社会发展观变革的必然趋势，以及社会发展观三阶段的基础上，指出以“人”为中心的发展即可持续性发展，与同样关心“人”的发展的社区发展是一致的，因而社区发展相对于可持续性发展来说不仅是手段而且是目标本身。
