全国海洋经济发展示范区建设背景下宁波市海洋休闲渔业发展SWOT分析

摘要

Marine recreational fishery has become one of significant growth points in marine economy. With a review of related articles on marine recreational fishery at home and abroad, this paper makes a SWOT analysis of Ningbo's development of marine recreational fishery with respect to the present conditions, opportunities and challenges. With this analysis, this article puts forward strategies at macro and micro levels for the promotion of the recreational fishery and the construction of the area. The suggested strategies include:government’s policy support, rational planning, ecological construction, products with distinct features, financial channel, and mechanism for talents.%21世纪是海洋的世纪，海洋休闲渔业是海洋经济发展重要增长点。文章首先回顾了国内外海洋休闲渔业相关研究进展，着重以浙江省“全国海洋经济发展示范区”宁波市核心区为例，对其海洋休闲渔业发展进行 SWOT 分析，得出新形势下海洋休闲渔业发展优劣势和主要机遇与挑战，进而从宏观和微观层面提出包括加强政府扶持引导、合理调整布局、加强生态文明建设，以及突显产品特色、拓宽投融资渠道、健全育人用人机制等配套策略措施，促进海洋休闲渔业和全国海洋经济发展示范区又好又快发展。
