第二次全国教育会议与国民政府初期华侨教育改革

摘要

南京国民政府初期，华侨教育改革取得了较大进展。究其原委，由国民政府教育部于1930年在南京组织召开的第二次全国教育会议发挥了较大作用。在这次会议的影响下，华侨教育宗旨得以确立，管理趋于规范，侨校权益和经费得到一定程度的保障，华侨学校教育发展有所起色。%In the early period of the National Government, the reform of overseas Chinese education made a great progress since the Second National Education Conference held by the Ministry of Education in Nanjing in 1930 took specific actions. The influential conference played a decisive role in establishing the aim of overseas Chinese education, standard management, the rights of overseas Chinese schools and funds, and consequently advancing the sound development overseas Chinese schooling.
