认知约束下的信息不对称——以安全软件市场为例

     

摘要

This paper In'st introduces the information asymmetry caused by cognitive constraints, and then leads the information asymmetry into the framework of the metal accounting and analyzes consumers' behavior. Moreover, it examines the potential bad influences consumer behavior might bring about on the whole security software industry, and points out that consumers' cog- nitive constraint may lead to the shrinking of security sotftware industry; lastly, some suggestions are put forward in this paper: 1. Manufacturers should seek for a profit model which is good for its self-development. 2. Manufacturers should think how to help consumers judge the product quality by using an effective "Signaling system".%本文首先提出了一种由消费者认知约束引起的特殊的信息不对称现象,之后,我们在心理账户框架内引入这类特殊的信息不对称现象,并对消费者行为进行分析.进而,我们将分析消费者的行为对于整个安全软件行业可能带来的不利影响,并指出消费者的认知约束可能造成安全类软件行业出现萎缩。最后,本文给出了必要的建议:首先,厂商应该寻找适合自身发展的盈利模式;其次,应该思考如何通过一些有效的‘吖言号机制”来帮助消费者对产品质量进行区分.
