2013年年初，教育部与宁波市人民政府共建教育国际合作与交流综合改革试验区正式启动，标志着宁波国际化人才培养等工作全面推进。宁波作为国际港口城市，其经济发展的外贸依存度及企业经营的国际化程度都明显高于内陆城市，越来越多的企业走向国际市场，经营国际市场，亟需大批国际化的人才。以培养高技能应用型人才为主要任务的高等职业院校，在服务宁波外向型经济进程中将发挥越来越重要的作用。本文从全球化的视角，通过对《宁波教育国际合作与交流综合改革试验区总体发展规划》解读，对高技能人才的全球化能力要素及培养途径进行了阐述。%With the formal establishment of Experimental Zone for Comprehensive Reforms of International Educational Cooperation and Communication among Education Ministry and Ningbo government, it lies with such internationalized vocational education system as the higher vocational institutions whose main task is to nurture highly skilled personnel to cultivate students with global capacity, for the purpose of which, an internationalized atmosphere has to be created, in which students are given cross-cultural courses and their foreign language skills and relevant thinking skills are developed.
