目的:评价前列腺癌患者代谢综合征(MS)的发生情况,分析前列腺癌与MS的关系.方法:将185例初次确诊的前列腺癌患者分为合并MS组及未合并MS组,收集两组患者的年龄、BMI、前列腺体积、PSA水平、空腹血糖、甘油三酯水平、病理Gleason评分等临床指标.分析前列腺癌患者MS的发生情况以及前列腺癌与MS的关系.结果:185例患者中,合并MS 153例(82.7%),其中糖尿病41例(26.8%),高血糖27例(17.6%),高血压105例(68.6%),高胆固醇或高甘油三酯血症78例(60.0%);未合并MS 32例(17.3%).合并MS的前列腺癌患者BMI、空腹血糖、前列腺体积高于未合并MS者,其PSA水平低于未合并MS者(P均<0.05).合并MS组中处于PSA诊断灰区(4～10 μg/L)者所占比例明显高于未合并MS组(P<0.05).结论:大部分前列腺癌患者同时合并MS,该类患者的BMI、血糖、前列腺体积升高,PSA水平降低,可能影响前列腺癌早期诊断和治疗.%Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in patients with prostate cancer (PCa) and analyze the relation between MS and PCa.Methods: One hundred and eighty-five patients diagnosed with PCa were divided into MS group and non-MS group.Their clinical data, such as age, body mass index ( BMI) , prostate volume ( PV) , prostate specific antigen ( PSA) level, fasting blood glucose ( FBG) level, triglyeride (TG) level and Gleason score were reviewed.The prevalence of MS in patients with PCa and correlation between MS and PCa were analyzed.Results: Among 185 patients with PCa, 153 cases (82.7％ ) had MS while 32 cases (17.3％) didnt Forty-one cases (26.8％) suffered from diabetes mellitus, 27 cases (17.6％) suffered from hyperglycaemia, 105 cases (68.6％ ) suffered from hypertension, and 78 cases (51.0％ ) had hypercholesterolemia or hypertriglyceridemia BMI, FBG level and PV in MS group were higher than those in non-MS group, while PSA level was lower in MS group than in non-MS group (P ＜0.05, respectively).The propotion of patients with PSA level of 4 ～ 10 μg/L in MS group was higher than that in non-MS group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions： The prevalence of MS is high in patients with PCa.Patients with PCa and MS have higher BMI, FBG level and PV and lower PSA level.These characteristics are valuable for early diagnosis and treatment of PCa.
