睾丸横过异位一例报告

摘要

Transverse testicular ectopia ( TTE) is a rare congenital abnormality difficult to diagnose before operation.This article reported 1 case of TTE via laparoscopy.The case was manifested with left TTE as well as right oblique inguinal hernia including m üllerian duct structuresDuring laparoscopy , we resected müllerian duct structures and repaired the oblique inguinal hernia , dissociated left spermatic cord and deferent duct, and then fixed the ectopic left testis into left scrotum.The surgery was uneventful.The testes were appro-priately fixed with good blood supply after 5-month follow-up.The diagnosis and treatment of this case Laparos-copy has advantage in diagnosis and treatment of TTE.%睾丸横过异位（ TTE）是一种罕见的先天畸形，术前常难确诊。该文报告了1例通过腹腔镜探查确诊的TTE患者，其为左侧TTE合并右侧腹股沟斜疝，疝内容物为苗勒管组织，术中切除子宫并修补斜疝，在腹腔镜下游离左侧精索和输精管，把左侧睾丸下降固定于左侧阴囊。手术过程顺利，手术效果满意，术后随访5个月，患者双侧睾丸位置理想，血供良好。该例的诊治过程提示腹腔镜在TTE诊治中具有优势。
