Objective To explore the significance of serum amyloid protein(SAA),C-reactivepro-tein (CRP)and proprocalcitonin (PCT)in monitoring the disease activity index of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).Methods IBD mouse models were induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS).The serum con-centration of SAA,PCT and CRP at 2 and 7 d after model establishment was detected and compared with that in the control group. Results The concentration of SAA,PCT and CRP in IBD mouse models at 2 and 7 d af-ter model establishment were significantly higher than that in the control group (all P<0. 05 ),whereas no sta-tistical significance was observed between 2 and 7 d after the establishment of mouse models (all P>0. 05 ). The sensitivity of SAA,PCT and CRP between the control and 2-d model group was statistically compared by using ROC curve and demonstrated that (1 . 000 vs. 0. 875,P=0. 167)in CRP vs. PCT (1 . 000 vs. 0. 737,P=0. 033),and (0. 875 vs. 0. 737,P=0. 211 )in PCT vs. SAA. The sensitivity of SAA,PCT and CRP was compared between the 2- and 7-d model groups using ROC curve and revealed that (0. 547 vs. 0. 996,P<0. 001 )in CRP vs. PCT (0. 547 vs. 0. 586,P=0. 474)in CRP vs. SAA,and (0. 996 vs. 0. 586,P<0. 001 ) in PCT vs. SAA. Conclusion The concentration of SAA,PCT and CRP is of significance in monitoring the disease activity index of IBD. The sensitivity of SAA is slightly lower compared with that of CRP and PCT.%目的 探讨血淀粉样蛋白(SAA)、CRP、降钙素(PCT)作为血清监测指标反映炎症性肠病(IBD)疾病活动期的意义.方法 通过三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)诱导的IBD小鼠模型为第2、7日造模组,检测血清样本中SAA、PCT、CRP的水平并与正常对照组进行比较.结果 SAA、CRP、PCT在第2、7日造模组血清水平均高于正常对照组(P均<0.05).第7日造模组CRP、PCT、SAA指标与第2日造模组比较均无统计学意义(P均>0.05).SAA、CRP、PCT在正常对照组与造模第2日组应用ROC曲线进行敏感度比较,CRP vs.PCT组(1.000 vs.0.875,P=0.167),CRP vs.SAA组(1.000 vs.0.737,P=0.033),PCT vs.SAA组(0.875 vs.0.737,P=0.211).第2日造模组与第7日造模组CRP、PCT、SAA的敏感度比较,CRP vs.PCT组(0.547 vs.0.996,P<0.001),CRP vs.SAA组(0.547vs.0.586,P=0.474),PCTvs.SAA组(0.996vs.0.586,P<0.001).结论 SAA、CRP、PCT在IBD疾病活动的严重程度上均有监测意义,SAA敏感性略低于CRP、PCT.
