能源互联网分布式设备协调控制软件系统平台方案设计

         

摘要

It’s of great significance to study the complex multiple network flow system and its multiple-scale refined modeling problems under energy interconnection background, a scheme of distributed equipment coordinated control software system platform was designed based on energy interconnection technologies. First, the interactive mechanism between super-large distributed equipment and distribution network, the coordinated control of distributed equipment including the electric vehicle, and the consensus algorithm of supporting mass distributed equipment coordinated control were studied. Then based on theory of JADE multi-agent, the technical architecture of distributed equipment coordination control software prototype and the system framework of distributed equipment grid-connected supporting platform were designed. The designed distribution equipment coordination and control software system scheme meets the common criteria for accessing of large-scale distributed equipment to the distribution network. The scheme accelerates the production of distributed equipment in grid-connected operation, achieves optimal allocation of electric power resources, and provides guidance and references for developing of standard interfaces which support plug-and-play of distributed generation, energy storage and controllable load.%在能源互联网背景下,研究复杂多网流系统及其多尺度精细建模问题具有重要意义,基于此,设计一种基于能源互联网技术的分布式设备协调控制软件系统平台。首先研究超大规模分布式设备与配电网的互动机制,以及含电动汽车的分布式设备协调控制,和支持海量的分布式设备协调控制的一致性算法。然后,利用JADE多智能体,设计分布式设备协调控制的软件原型技术框架,及分布式设备并网支撑平台的系统架构。所设计的分布式设备协调控制软件系统方案满足实现大规模分布式设备接入配电网的通用标准,有助于加快分布式设备的投产并网运行,实现资源的优化配置,为发展支持分布式发电、储能、可控负荷等设备即插即用的标准接口提供借鉴和参考。
