PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a supply/demand imbalance of a local power system without using a management or control server. PSOLUTION: A distributed and coordinated type supply/demand control system is configured as follows. Node 4a, 6a, and 7a are incorporated into the respective electrical facilities 4, 6SB1/SB-6m, and 7SB1/SB-7n that constitute a local power system 3. Each node 6a, 7a includes: an adjusting table 11a for specifying characteristics that increase/reduce a power generation amount of one's own power-generation facility or a load amount of ones' own load facility; a communication path forming means 12aa that receives a connection request by wire or by radio from a connection request node so as to establish a communication path with an adjacent node on the basis of a connection permission signal; and an autonomous control means 12b that, if receiving information of an average supply/demand state amount from the connection request source node through the communication path, refers to the adjusting table, increases/reduces one's own power generation amount or one's own load amount, calculates an average supply/demand state amount corrected by the increase/reduction, and transmits the corrected average supply/demand state amount to the adjacent node.
