基于单元法向插值的模面回弹补偿方法研究

摘要

Mould compensation is an effective way to eliminate springback for sheet forming process. Displacement Adjustment method is efficient in springback correction, but computation accuracy and iteration speed vary greatly when compensation direction changes. Differences between reverse displacement compensation method（DD） and reverse normal compensation method（ND） are analyzed theoretically, and the applied characteristics for each are studied. An interpolation compensation method, which is based on judgment of element normal direction, is proposed and applied in springback compensation of S-rail. FE result shows that springback error is reduced by 73% after interpolation compensation, and interpolation compensation method is effective in springback correction for sheet forming.%从理论上阐述了连线补偿与法向补偿的差异及适用情况,提出了基于单元法向的插值补偿方法,将其运用于S梁的回弹补偿。有限元分析结果表明,插值补偿法将零件回弹偏差减小了73%,能有效修正板料冲压成形回弹偏差。
