Objective To establish an indexing system and weight values for《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospitals》, under the guidance of《The Detailed Standards and Regulations for the Appraisal of Level 3 Comprehen-sive Military Hospitals 》( Trial version) , combined with the authors'experience in clinical work and management practice.Methods A series of scientific evaluation indexes were established by taking into full account of the principles of equity as a whole and differences inherent in various departments, as well as the professional indexes extracted from the Junwei No.1 HIS system.Results A system consisting of seven evaluation indexes were established and weight values were entrusted in accordance with management experience. Conclusion The established evaluation indexing system and the weight values were comprehensive, practical, scientific and operable, and was worth further extension in the performance management of military hospitals.%目的:以《军队三级综合医院等级评审标准和细则(试行)》为指导,结合医院临床工作和管理实践经验,构建《军队医院绩绞管理考核系统》的指标体系和权重。方法指标体系在兼顾整体公平性原则和不同科室业务差异科学性的基础上,结合现有的“军卫一号”中业务指标进行综合设计。结果建立7项考评指标,并按管理经验赋予权重。结论建立的评价指标体系和权重具有全面性、实用性、科学性和可操作性,在医院绩效管理中有推广价值。
