专用沙袋套对腹股沟疝术后止血效果的随机对照研究

摘要

Objective To study the clinical value of the special sand pocket in hemostasis following inguinal hernia surgery . Methods In a prospectively randomized control study , 200 surgery cases of adult inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups:the special sand pocket hemostasis group (or the experimental group , 100 cases) and the traditional sand pocket hemostasis group ( or the control group , 100 cases) .Clinical observation and evaluation were made on the hemorrhage , the sense of pain and com-fort in patients after surgery .The data obtained from the two groups were analyzed and treated statistically .Results The hemorrhage data, the data of pain and other parameters for the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the control group , with sta-tistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The special sand pocket was an effective hemostasis device for inguinal hernia surgery pa -tients and could reduce the sense of pain after surgery .For this reason, it was worth further extension clinically .%目的：评估专用沙袋套对腹股沟疝术后止血的临床应用价值。方法采用前瞻性随机对照方法，经患者知情同意，将200例成人腹股沟疝手术患者采用信封法随机分成2组，术后分别进行专用沙袋套压迫止血（实验组，100例）和传统沙袋压迫止血（对照组，100例）。对患者术后出血、疼痛、舒适度等指标作出临床观察和评估，并将2组数据进行统计学处理。结果实验组术后出血、疼痛等指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05或＜0．01）。结论专用沙袋套具有更好的止血效果，术后疼痛更轻，在临床上值得推广使用。
