回转体壁面喷气出流均匀度影响因素分析

     

摘要

The surface air injection outflow flux uniformity on gyroidal object is of great importance to the resistance reduction by bubble layer. In order to improve the uniformity as well as the resistance reduction rate, the influence of the intake air flux, the size of the dispersed plate and the injection pores, the value of the back-pressure, on outflow flux distribution were discussed based on numerical simulations. Some conclusions can be drawn as follows: The improvement of outflow flux uniformity can be fulfilled by using the smaller injection pore diameter. The rectifying effect can be induced by the dispersed plate with 3 mm injection pores but an increase of dispersed plate will not improve uniformity significantly. For even smaller pore diameter, such as 0.8 mm, a dispersed plate will not be helpful as it has little influence on the uniformity. A linear distribution of back-pressure will lead the air flow shift to pores with lower back-pressure. Pores with lower back-pressure will have higher flux while those with higher back-pressure have lower flux. An increase on the total intake flux will lead to a more outflow uniformity.%为改善喷气出漉均匀度从而提高减阻率,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了总进气流量、滤板、,喷孔大小、出口背压等因素对喷气装王出口流量分布的影响.敷值计算结果表明:较小的喷孔可大幅提高出口气流均匀度;在喷孔直径较大时(3 mm),加装滤板有一定的整流作用,增加滤板层敷对出口流量均匀度改善不大;喷孔直径较小时(0.8 mm).加装滤板对出口流量分布影响不大,可以不使用滤板;出口背压沿浸深线性分布使出口流量向背压低的喷孔偏移,出口背压小的喷孔流量大,出口背压大的喷孔流量小;总进气流量增大,出口流量均匀性提高.
