燃气轮机性能退化的动态特性

         

摘要

在获得燃气轮机部件精确特性的基础上,建立了较为精确的燃气轮机健康模型.通过引入性能退化子系统,建立了性能退化的燃气轮机模型.通过对压气机结垢的仿真模拟,获取了测量参数在动态过程中的变化特性和规律.结果表明:性能退化后,部分参数在动态过程中低工况下的相对变化值甚至比高工况下要大,但绝大部分参数的相对变化方向是一致的;性能退化会对燃油定流量控制策略的动态变化规律产生影响;基于经济学的角度,应尽量避开在输出轴功率降低最大时的工况下长期运行.%A dynamic model of gas turbine was established based on the precision performance necessary to parts of the gas turbine. By implanting the health factors,a model of gas turbine with performance deterioration was proposed. The simulation of the fouling of the low-pressure compressor resulted in acquiring the characteristics and regularity of changes in measuring parameters in the dynamic process. The results show that the relatively changed values of some parameters is larger in lower power conditions than those in higher power conditions,but most of parameters are the same in relative value change. The performance degradation of low-pressure compressor tends to have influence on the dynamic change of the constant fuel control law. In terms of economics,the gas turbine is not allowed to operate when the output power decreases to the maximum.
