电气设备虚拟维修训练系统中电路实时仿真方法的研究

         

摘要

针对虚拟维修训练系统中电气控制线路的电路实时仿真方法进行了研究,介绍了电气虚拟维修系统中电路元件阻抗等效方法,通过综合应用节点电压法、网络拓扑结构表示等方法提出一种适用于电气设备虚拟维修系统的电气控制电路实时仿真方法.该方法首先根据模型中各功能部件之间的电网络连接关系构建网络拓扑图,由网络拓扑图生成关联矩阵;然后,根据关联矩阵及模型的参数计算各节点电压或各支路电阻,并采用虚拟万用表测量模型中任意两节点之间电压或电阻;最后,根据测量结果对故障信号进行判断,实现电气设备虚拟维修训练仿真.为了验证该方法,以海水淡化装置电气线路为仿真对象构建了海水淡化装置虚拟维修训练系统,并进行了实时仿真研究,仿真结果表明:该方法能正确有效地模拟海水淡化装置电气线路的运行工况.%This paper studies a real-time electric circuit simulation method of virtual maintenance training systems for electrical equipment and introduces an impedance equivalent method of circuit ele-ments in a virtual maintenance training system for electrical equipment.It proposes a real-time electric circuit simulation method of virtual maintenance training system for electrical equipment by using node voltage method and network topology expression.Firstly,a network topology is constructed by the method according to the connection relationship of the electric networks between each functional unit in the model and then an incidence matrix is generated based on the network topology;secondly, the voltage of each node and the resistance of each branch are calculated based on the incidence matrix and model parameters and maintenance personnel can use a virtual multimeter to measure the voltage or resistance between any two nodes in the model;finally,the fault signals are judged according to measurement results to realize virtual maintenance training simulation of electrical equipment.With a sea water desalination plant as a simulation object,a virtual maintenance training system is construc-ted and a real-time electric circuit simulation is carried out.The simulation results verify the validity of the proposed method.
