含空气介质圆管型弹簧机械阻抗计算方法研究

         

摘要

基于旋转薄壳无矩理论和线性空气波动理论,用近似解析的方法通过计算含空气介质圆管型弹簧的壳体传递矩阵和空气声压场分布分析了其机械阻抗特性,并借助有限元软件进行了验证,结果表明:该方法合理可行.最后,讨论了初始压力对弹簧壳体传递矩阵以及内部空气声压场的影响规律,为深入研究弹簧的机械阻抗特性提供了一种新的思路.%Based on the linear air wave theory and the non-moment theory of a revolutionary thin shell,the mechanical impedance of a cylinder type spring filled with air is analysed by calculating the transfer matrix of the shell and the sound pressure distribution of the air with the method of approxi-mate analytic approach.The result is verified by means of finite element method.It shows that the proposed method is feasible.Finally,the influences of the initial pressure on the transfer matrix of the shell and the sound pressure distribution of the air are analyzed.The research provides a new idea for the future study on the mechanical impedance characteristics of spring.
