美国军事凯恩斯主义的历史根源和经济影响（1950-2010）

Five times the U. S. has performed Military Keynesianism experiment after the World War Ⅱ , but the effects are quite different. The reasons why America pursues Military Keynesianism refer to many aspects, such as the notions; the economic system; the interest promotion of military- industry complex and the extreior pressure of economic cycle. But while only causing the fast growth of financial deficit, Military Keynesianism policy canr t accelerate the economic growth and promote the employment substantively. Abandoning Military Keynesianism drastically and using more resources on investment and consumption to improve the infrastructure and civilian living, the U. S. may get throuth the current crisis.%二战以来美国进行了五次军事凯恩斯主义实验，产生的效果不尽相同。导致美国奉行军事凯恩斯主义的原因很多，有认识观念上的、有经济体制上的、也有军事一工业复合体的利益推动和经济周期的外在压力。但军事凯恩斯主义政策在引起财政赤字快速增长的同时，并不能真正促进经济长期平衡增长、也不能带来持久的充分就业。彻底放弃军事凯恩斯主义，把更多的经济资源运用于投资、消费领域，改善基础设施、改善民生，美国或可以渡过目前的难关。
