噻吩类偶氮分散染料合成及染色性能研究

     

摘要

以2-氨基-3,5-二硝基噻吩为重氮组分,N,N-二氰乙基苯胺、N,N-二氰乙基间甲苯胺和N,N-二氰乙基间氯苯胺为偶合组分,经重氮化、偶合反应合成了3个噻吩类偶氮分散染料,用UV-Vis,IR和1H NMR对其结构进行表征;同时探索它们对涤纶织物、醋酸织物、腈纶织物、乙酰化杉木粉、苄基化杉木粉和氰乙基化杉木粉等的染色性能.结果表明:3个噻吩类偶氮分散染料的最大可见吸收波长为597~621 nm(DMF),摩尔吸光系数lg ε为4.4~4.5;染色涤纶织物、醋酸织物、腈纶织物、乙酰化杉木粉、苄基化杉木粉和氰乙基化杉木粉的色光为蓝色或蓝紫色,皂洗(粘色)牢度达4~5级,日晒色牢度达6~7级,体现出良好的染色性能.%Three thiophene azo disperse dyes based on 2-amino-3,5-dinitrothiophene were synthesized using N,N-2-cyanoethyl aniline, N,N-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-m-toluidine and N,N-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-m-chloroaniline as the coupling component.They were characterized by UV-Vis, IR and 1H NMR.The dyeing performance of these dyes were meanwhile assessed on polyester fabric, acetate fabric, acrylic fabric, acetylated fir powder, benzylated fir powder, and cyanoethylated fir powder.Our results show that the maximum absorption of these thiophene azo disperse dyes is from 597 to 621 nm in DMF, and the value of the logarithm of molar extinction coefficient is in the range of 4.4~4.5.They were also found to show blue and bluish violet shades on polyester fabric, acetate fabric, acrylic fabric, acetylated fir powder, benzylated fir powder, and cyanoethylated fir powder.Furthermore, the washing fastness of these three thiophene azo disperse dyes is 4~5 and their light fastness is 6~7, suggesting that they possess outstanding dyeing properties.
