配位驱动自组装法构筑ZnS@ SiO2荧光杂化纳米微粒

         

摘要

A versatile approach of coordination-driven self-assembly was used to fabricate luminescent nanocompos-ites of ZnS nanocrystals (NCs) @ silica microspheres grafted with 8-hydroxyquinoline derivative ( SiNHQ). The bi-functional organosilane (SiNHQ) , which was synthesized from 7-formyl-8-hydroxyquinoline (FHQ) and (3-amin-opropyl)triethoxysilane ( APTES) , can be grafted to the surface of silica NPs. The surface zinc atom of ZnS NCs can coordinate with SiNHQ to form luminescent nanohybrid NPs with blue emission at about 460 nm. The obtained ZnS NCs@ silica hybrid NPs were characterized by TEM microscopy, Uv-vis and luminescence spectroscopies.%利用自组装法以配位作用作为驱动力制备了ZnS@ SiO2荧光杂化纳米微粒.将合成的含8-羟基喹啉的双官能团有机硅烷( SiNHQ)接枝到SiO2纳米微粒表面,然后通过8-羟基喹啉与ZnS纳米晶表面的Zn原子的配位作用,将ZnS纳米晶通过配位键组装到SiO2纳米微粒表面上.得到的杂化纳米材料在460 nm呈现出蓝色荧光发射特性.通过透射电镜、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱研究了荧光杂化纳米微粒的结构和光学性质.
