移动床生物膜工艺强化处理垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液的特性研究

         

摘要

采用移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)对垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液进行有机物去除和脱氮特性研究,考察了缺氧/好氧(A/O)池容比、硝化液回流比和温度对COD和氨氮去除效果的影响.结果表明,MBBR 的最佳运行条件为池容比A/O 1∶ 3、硝化液回流比300%、室温25 ℃.在该运行条件下稳定运行,MBBR 工艺对COD 和氨氮的平均去除率达到64%和97%,能够实现对高浓度氨氮的有效去除.经过好氧MBBR 处理后,垃圾渗滤液的COD 和氨氮显著降低,可满足深度处理单元的进水水质要求,表明MBBR 工艺在处理垃圾渗滤液方面具有显著优势.%This research aimed to study the removal of organic matters and denitrification of leachate from waste incineration plants. The effects of anaerobic /oxic (A/O) pool volume ratio,nitrification solution ratio and temperature on the removal efficiency of the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N,the toxic pollutant inleachate) were systematically investigated using a mobilebed biofilm reactor (MBBR) . The results showed that the optimal operating conditions of MBBR can be controlled at 1∶ 3 for A/O,300% for nitrification,and ambient temperature. During the stable operation of aerobic MBBR under the above optimum process conditions,the average removal rate of COD and NH3-N were determined to be 64% and 97%,respectively. These results indicated that the high concentration of NH3-N toxic pollutant can be effectively removed using this MBBR design. The concentration of COD and NH3-N were significantly reduced upon treatment using the aerobic MBBR. The requirement of the influent water quality of the deep treatment unit was fully fulfilled,suggesting that the MBBR process can provide a new approach for betterment to treat landfill leachate.
