政府间转移支付对教育支出的影响研究分析

摘要

This paper reviews the impact of fiscal transfer on education expenditure from four aspects:different effects of the impact of fiscal transfer on education expenditure, the effect of different levels and different types fiscal transfer and the role of fiscal transfer on balanced allocation of education funding, and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of existing research from theoretical basis, data type, model specification and the interpretation of conclusion.%论文从政府间转移支付对教育支出的不同影响效果、不同层次、不同类型转移支付对教育支出的影响和政府间转移支付对于教育经费均衡配置的作用等方面进行了梳理，并从理论基础、数据类型、模型设定、结论解释等方面分析了已有研究的优势和不足。
