我国大学中青年干部培训课程设计的实践与思考--以国家教育行政学院中青年干部培训为例

     

摘要

With the popularization of higher education in China, the management of a large complex university requires specialized knowledge and skills. It is necessary to train middle-level university leadership so that they are to meet the demand of university development. However, how to design the programs and to increase the effectiveness for middle-level university leadership is an important task and deserves serious studies. This paper offers a case-study on curriculum design for middle-level education administrators in the National Academy of Education Administration. It shows that this curriculum emphasizes learning current education policies, theories in education administration, sharing the working experiences and project research. It suggests that there should be improvement in the contents of curriculum, and national policies to support teachers' career development and more effective organization of field studies.%随着我国高校的大规模扩张,高校管理日趋复杂,对高校中层管理人员教育管理能力要求提高,大学中青年干部培训蓬勃发展。课程是培训取得良好效益的基础,以国家教育行政学院举办的大学中青年干部培训班为例,分析了大学中青年干部培训课程具有政策性、理论性、实践性和研究性的特点,并提出在完善教学内容、加强教师队伍建设的政策支持、增强考察的针对性等方面的建议。
